Residents now can manage their guest lists and send visitor passes for the gate by logging into an online gate management system called DwellingLive.
To log in, residents can visit https://community. dwellinglive.com or click on the two Gate Passes Login buttons on MyRossmoor.com First-time users need to enter their email address and click Forgot Password.
If DwellingLive does not
recognize a resident’s email address or says there is no account for that resident, they should call Customer Support Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 1-925-255-1204. Live agents at that Customer Support number will help walk residents through the registration and login process. These agents also can assist with showing residents how to manage their guest list or send a visitor pass once logged in. (www.myrossmoor.com/ dwelling-live/ also has instruc
tional videos and written howto instructions.)
Residents also can receive in-person help at the Computer Center located in Gateway Clubhouse, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Residents who have attempted to log in before without success are encouraged to call Customer Support weekdays at 1-925-255-1204 to get help from an agent. If the line is busy, residents can leave a phone number to receive a call back.
