RWC Board Actions

The following are the actions taken by the Rossmoor Walnut Creek Board of Directors at its meeting on Sept. 24.

• Approved the General Manager to send out the RFPs for both the annual audit and the internal control audit.

• Moved that all specialty classes be $3, with no exemptions.

• Accepted the RWC budget as recommended by the Finance Committee.

• Accepted the recommendation from the Finance Committee to approve the 2027 RPM budget.

• Approved the Italian American Club request for approval of non-resident club co-presidents for 2027.

• Approved an expenditure of $126,484 from the capital budget for the replacement of the Event Center chair inventory.
